If after having followed the procedure, the inverter is still not connected to the Internet, you must check if the customer's Wifi network is functional by testing the SSID and password on a PC. Test by connecting to your router directly.
- If you still have no connection, it means that the problem comes from the customer's network (Router / SSID / Password).
