Before proceeding with the diagnosis, please go to your monitoring account.

Once you have logged on to your :

--> Move the mouse cursor in the status bar, on the "Wifi" icon in the case of a wireless connection.

--> Move the mouse cursor in the status bar, on the "Ethernet" icon in the case of a wired connection.

If you are well connected to the internet router, the icon will be highlighted and by maintaining the mouse on it you will see the name of the network displayed (SSID for the wifi and IP address for the Ethernet).

If the icon is grayed out and you have the message "Your inverter is not connected to the Internet" displayed at the top of the screen, then proceed with the diagnosis.

You must be at the installation site to perform the diagnosis. Take a laptop with you to be able to carry out the requested tests.

Depending on your connection type, the diagnostic method is different. Either you have a Wifi connection (wireless) or an Ethernet connection (RJ45 cable). To start the test, please click on one of the following links:

- Diagnose a wired Ethernet connection problem
