I have a message "Your inverter is not connected to the Internet" and only 0 values on the monitoring

There have been internet outages on the inverter and the inverter has still not recovered the connection. It has not been able to upload this information to the IMEON Online platform. The message "Your inverter is not connected to the Internet" is displayed at the top of the screen.
How do I check that my inverter is connected to the Internet ?
