How to solve a problem with OS ONE ? [FA46]

The OS ONE software evolves regularly to add features and correct possible problems. It is therefore necessary to update to the latest version available.


To do so, please proceed to a complete reboot of the inverter: Turn off the PV part, the batteries as well as the network so as to stop the inverter completely, you should see the LCD screen turn off completely. You can press and hold the "OK" button to force the discharge of the energy in the IMEON. Wait 5 minutes and then switch back on the inverter.


Once the inverter is started, launch an update by USB key by following the procedure at the following link: Update procedure


If the problem persists, you must create a ticket via our website (Link Ticket Creation) detailing the problem and specifying that your update by USB key did not work.
