Your battery never or almost never discharges.

There are several possible causes:

1 - Smartmeter problem:

If you are using a Smartmeter and it is not properly connected or positioned, the battery may not discharge normally. Only the consumers connected to the safe output (AC Backup) will be powered by the battery.

Single-phase Smartmeter               Three-phase Smartmeter

The Smart Meter sends an instruction to the inverter to discharge the battery into the grid to cover the user's consumption. See how to diagnose a SmartMeter problem

2- Battery problem (Communication/connection/error)

If you have a lithium battery, it is possible that the communication is cut between the inverter and the battery. In this case, the battery will not discharge. In this case, you have to check if the inverter has recorded any problems by retrieving the error codes from the inverter. To know how to retrieve the error codes follow the procedure described in the following link: Retrieving error code

Then check the nature of your error and follow the instructions described on this link (Detail error code) to understand the origin of the problem and how to solve it.

3- Programmed backup mode

If the inverter is in "backup" mode, it is normal to see the battery being discharged rarely.  In this mode, your battery is maintained at 100% charge to ensure that it has energy available in case of a grid failure.

If even after these checks you still have questions about the behavior of your batteries you must create a ticket on our website (Link Ticket Creation) and filling in the subject "Diagnosis battery / Expertise battery".
