Problem displaying data on the monitoring account [FA08] Print

You do not have any information from the inverter even though the installation's monitoring account has been created and you are able to connect to it.

There may be 2 different reasons:

1) You are an installer and you only have access to the "Timeline" but not to the rest of the user's data. To understand the origin of this problem see Authorization to share user data.

2) The IMEON Online monitoring interface does not display values or or is displaying zero data. To understand the cause of this problem see My monitoring does not display values or zero data.
