To update the software of the inverter you have 2 possibilities. If your internet connection is stable and has a good speed, you should choose the first option (the file to download is about 100Mb). On the contrary, if you don't have an internet connection or if it is not stable, go for the second option. Small precision, you must be on the place of the installation to carry out the update and the inverter must be switched on.

  • Option n°1 :

First of all you have to connect to OS ONE. You must therefore be at the installation site with a computer/tablet/smartphone to connect locally to the inverter. If you are unable to connect to OS ONE, please update via USB stick (option 2).

Once this is done, you can go to the "About" section on the top right and click on "Search for a software update". If an update is available, a "Download" button appears. You must then click on the button to launch it. The duration of the update depends on your internet connection.

Make sure you have enough bandwidth to load a 100MB file. In case of doubt, it is better to have with you a USB key equipped with the update program (option 2).

  • Option n°2 :

You must first have a USB key and check that the format is "FAT32". Then you have to change the name of the key and replace it by "IMEON".

Then, download the file by clicking on the following link OS One containing the latest version of OS ONE.

Once the download is complete you must copy the file directly to the root of the USB stick (as shown below).

Finally, insert the USB key into one of the two USB slots of the inverter and wait for about 3 to 5 minutes for the software to update.

During the update, depending on the version of the software to be updated, it is normal to see the screen and/or the LEDs flashing. This indicates the status of the update. When you see an LED on the METER (or RS485A) connector blinking, it means that the update is complete.

Following the update, restart the system (power off, then power on the inverter or the IMA-BOX when it is used).

After the restart, check in the OS.ONE "ABOUT" tab that the "Software version" setting corresponds to the version you have updated. Resume the settings because the update has reset them to the default values.
