Please restart the inverter on the grid, then activate the AC OUTPUT and then activate the batteries. This problem may occur occasionally when the grid voltage, the solar production and the energy stored in the battery are low, coupled with a high peak consumption.
If the problem persists, this error code is the consequence of other events such as overvoltage or overload. The inverter is most likely damaged. A repair request will be necessary, please open a ticket for this.
